SCHOOL REGISTRATION FEE

Schools in India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, and Nepal are required to remit a registration fee of INR 125 per student per Olympiad (inclusive of GST) to the Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF). Additionally, schools may charge up to INR 25 per student to cover honorarium for the in-charge, remuneration for teachers providing guidance, and other related expenses.

Students with major physical disabilities or Indian students whose parent(s) were martyred during defence operations are exempted from the registration fee.

For schools outside these countries, the registration fee is US$9 per student per Olympiad, and an additional US$1 per student may be charged for similar expenses.

Registration Process

Participating schools are required to courier the completed registration forms along with payment to SOF. Schools must ensure the SOF School Code, a unique six-digit identifier assigned to each school, is quoted when remitting payment.

Payment may be remitted by any of the following modes:

3. Demand Draft OR Multicity Cheque - Drawn in the favor of Science Olympiad Foundation payable at New Delhi.

4. Online Transfer - NEFT/RTGS  - In any of the following bank accounts. However, the amount deposited in SOF’s bank account should not exceed Rs. Two lacs in a single transaction per day.
